• To fulfill the demands of clients from all over the globe, we have set up an extensive infrastructure facility in India, Taiwan, and China.

• Our infrastructure consists of a huge state-of-the-art manufacturing block and is well-equipped with modern and latest machineries to enable us to manufacture quality intermediates and APIs. 

• Our manufacturing facility adheres to the highest standards of quality and is compliant with stringent regulatory standards that meet our customer’s high expectations and help us achieve customer satisfaction.
  
• The manufacturing facility is designed, equipped, and operated to deliver high-quality products within a defined cost and optimized delivery timeline.

• Facilities have been accredited with ISO, cGMP, WHO GMP, EUGMP and other competent authorities. 

• For example, our Pune site Production blocks have an installed capacity of 76,000 liters. 29 Reactors.

• Stainless steel reactors capacity range: 1,000 liters to 5,000 liters

• Glass-lined reactor's capacity range: 2,000 liters to 4,000 liters

• High-Pressure Handling Range / Capacity: 10 to 15 kg/cm2

• Temperature Handling Range / Capacity: -5°C to +200°C

• Clean Room Facility available

• Fluid Bed Dryers, Tray Dryers, and coned Rotary Vacuum Dryers are available.

• The manufacturing facility is installed with utilities like a boiler, chilling plant, cooling tower, purified water system, AHUs, ETP, Fire Hydrant System, and so on.

• Further, for the other manufacturing sites, we have capacity from Grams to tonnage levels.

Finished Dosage Forms (FDF)

Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to meet diverse manufacturing needs with full aseptic compliance:

• Aseptic Solution Injectable Vial Commercial Plant: Multiple sites for large-scale production.
• Aseptic Prefilled Syringe Commercial Plant: A dedicated site for prefilled syringe production.
• Aseptic Lyophilized Injectable Plant: A facility specializing in lyophilized (freeze-dried) injectable products.
• Sterile Injectable Plant: A facility for a range of sterile injectable products.
• Peptide Pilot Plant: Our pilot plant for peptide development.
• Aseptic Injectable Pilot Plant: A pilot plant for the development of aseptic injectable products.

Our R&D department follows stringent guidelines based on Good Laboratory Practices and is a fully equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, along with all the accessories that facilitate the scale-up procedure, and also a vast literature and library back-up.

• Process Development Services also for uncoated  film-coated tablet, sugar-coated tablets, sustained release tablets, chewable tablets, effervescent tablets, bi-layered tablets, hard-gelatin tablets, soft-gelatin tablets, tablets in capsule, multi-dose vials, ear/eye/nasal drops
